Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once you pay for your order. While we do not offer returns, we work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied and excited about their new Gardening Experience, and stand by our services 100%.

If you have an issue with any portion of your experience with Garden on the Grow, please reach out to us and allow us to make it right. While we cannot guarantee the long-term success of your plants, soil or gardening beds, we are passionate gardeners ourselves and will do what we can to help you ensure a successful harvest.
