Delivery Policy

We strive to get our local deliveries done with 5-8 business days of the order being placed. This allows us the time to plan a good delivery/installation date for your garden, prepare the materials and ensure everything is in place before arriving at your home.

Shortly after placing your order, we will be reaching out to confirm a good day and time to have your order delivered. Please be available via email or phone (whichever you prefer) to confirm these day/times, and know that we will be getting your order together in the meantime.

If there are ever any delays on your order, we will communicate them immediately and give an updated estimated time that your garden will be ready.

If we do not hear from you regarding a good day and time, we will plan to deliver during a normal weekday or weekend, between 10am-5pm EST.
